In an interesting and much anticipated news that Google has decided to extend its advertising model to critical print media- newspaper. Can Google be successful in this endeavor? Time will tell but at this point we do have some insight into their intentions. |

Yahoo and Google have announced a collaborative site called sitemaps.org. Tim Mayer states in the video, “This is something we are announcing tonight at around 9 PM tonight (Las Vegas) (Nov 16th) Google and Yahoo have gotten together to provide webmasters and publishers a unified way to send their content … let our search engines know about new and existing content.” |

Many companies tried it. eBay's subsidiary-Paypal got it right. Google has released Google CHeckout, which was expected to be called GBuy.

results by adding extra information and removing unwanted information.
It provides you option to enumerate search results, auto suggest search
terms and option to search at competitors like Yahoo, MSN etc. The
toolbar can potentially strip ads from the search results. |
